Geepas.com FREE 7 DAYs EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund, replacement or exchange of certain Goods.

All items to be returned must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals and items that may have been included with the original purchase. Along with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
  • Share the reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
  • Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.).

We will arrange collection of the product to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the return, any refund due will be processed. We will be charging AED 30 as shipping fee for return or replacements of a product.

In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product into your account for all orders within 3-4 working days after quality check. We do not provide cash refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

Any exchanges or returns are subject to availability of the item requested. To process an exchange, you will need to return the original product to us and place an order for the new item you would like in exchange.

The customer shall ensure that the merchandise is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, we will not be responsible for the same and the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Conditions for returns:

  • Received a wrong product.
  • Received a damaged product.
  • Unused, in original packing with unbroken seal.
  • The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
  • Product having un-authorized repairs won’t be accepted.

Faulty Returns under Warranty:

We do hope you enjoy and get the most out of the items you purchase from geepas.com. However, from time to time products can become defective and, although this can be frustrating, be sure that we are here to help. As a note, all our electrical products come with at least a one-year warranty.

If a product becomes defective after 7 days and is covered by in warranty, it is often helpful to contact us directly, as we may be able to offer support and find a solution to the issue you have with the product.

This can often be far less inconvenient for you, if you can bring the product to our service center for repair or replacement, especially if the issue can be easily resolved. If the product has to be picked from customer there will be delivery charge of AED 30. The product serviced will be returned back to the customer with service too. The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.

Warranty Policies:

  1. The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced with the same in case of any physical damages or manufacturing defects. Any exchanges or returns are subject to availability of the item requested.
  2. Restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice/price of the product to be returned will be applicable for returns.
  3. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  4. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full.
  5. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  6. The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
